Founder & Executive Director
As the Executive Director of CASD-SL, Richmond is responsible for running all facets of the business. He is the head of each department in a CASD-SL, including marketing, fundraising, program development, HR management and accounting. He also oversees one or more lower-level executives in CASD-SL. He leads the fundraising department in setting annual income goals, and works with program development managers to set standards for serving the organizations targeted needs groups.
Capacity Development & Donor Relation Advisor
David Shires has extensive international experience working with non-profit organizations, particularly those involved in community development, civic participation, adult education, and social change, including Australia, Scandinavia, former Eastern Europe, South Africa, Nambia, Zimbabwe, Latin America, Middle East, East Timor, Fiji, and Solomon Island. David lectured for ten years in International Community Development at Victoria University. During the past four years, David has been working in the Social Enterprise space including the developed several online social enterprise courses
International Partnership and Grant Coordinator
Lauren is acting as an International Partnership and Grant Coordinator of CASD-SL who is currently working on her Masters in Global Public Health at New York University. She is a multidisciplinary professional who strives to incorporate evidence based best practices from her academic studies and clinical experiences across Psychology, Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Public Health to meet the holistic needs of underserved populations at an individual and population level. Lauren’s heart to serve the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach populations has provided opportunities working in various positions, demographics, organization types, and geographical regions of the United States and Sierra Leone.
