Social Workers Sierra Leone (SWSL), ) is a professional membership-based, non-political, non-religious and not-for-profit organization, which was established in 2012, in order to support the professional development of social workers in Sierra Leone. We are also involved in enhancing the quality of life of the people in Sierra Leone with a focus on vulnerable people and communities. |

experts/institutions to improve the status of social work in the country.
3. Work with other helping professionals and welfare organizations for the social betterment of people and communities in Sierra Leone.
4. Advocate both for the profession and for underserved, disadvantage groups and communities.
Ongoing Projects
Advocating and Supporting Persons Experiencing Homelessness and Mental Health Challenges.
Promote child wellbeing in schools and communities the focus to address any threats undermining child growth and development.
Community psychosocial support the focus to promote healthy lifestyle and peaceful co-existence.
